Community Policing Officer Debra Hart

Officer Hart took over the reigns from Officer Guy T. Storrs on May 3rd, 2005.  Off Storrs was promoted to Investigator in the Criminal Investigative Unit after spending the last 2 years as the designated community-policing officer.  Officer Hart looks forward to her new assignment and the varied tasks associated with the position.  With her new assignment, Officer Hart will speak to neighborhood groups, participate in business and civic events, consult with social agencies and take part in educational programs for school children. Her participation in both foot and bike patrols help to bring police closer to the community.  Community policing recognizes that community involvement gives a new dimension to crime control activities. Officer Hart is committed to the community policing strategy and will be backed in his efforts by the entire Webster Police Department.

If you have a problem you feel we can help with, feel free to contact Officer Hart.  She may be reached at 872-1216, ext. 252.
