               Xerox Facility, 800 Phillips Road, Webster, NY

Clothing:

·  A dark blue, bullet-proof vest over a navy T-shirt.

·  A navy windbreaker — with "FBI" in yellow letters on the back and both sleeves.

·  Uniform style pants with stripe down side, black shiny shoes and a black knit cap.

·  US Marshal's badge (with black, square leather backing) on a chain around his neck.

·  Sunglasses with thick, dark frames.

Carrying:

·  A black, legal-type briefcase and a brown paper bag with handles.

·  A silver hand-gun and a black sawed-off "long" gun.
